About the role
The Business Development Executive will support a reputable oil & gas/petrochemical company operating in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, managing tender processes and building strong client relationships across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads within the oil & gas and petrochemical sectors.
- Prepare and submit competitive bids and tenders in accordance with Saudi regulations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships.
- Prepare proposals and presentations using MS Office tools.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 10‑12 years of business development experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of tendering and bidding procedures in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience with electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, civil, maintenance or construction scopes is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently on client interactions and commercial discussions.
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience is mandatory; a valid Saudi driving licence is preferred.
