About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth of our retail technology portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring new B2B clients and closing deals for solutions such as Point of Sale, Warehouse Management, Order Management and omnichannel platforms across retail, wholesale and e‑commerce sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for retail technology solutions (POS, WMS, OMS, ERP, omnichannel).
- Identify and acquire new clients in retail, wholesale, pharmacies, beauty, fashion, supermarkets and multi‑branch chains.
- Lead discovery meetings, present integrated solutions and demonstrate business value and ROI.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
- Collaborate with presales teams on demos, proposals and solution design.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts and regular reporting.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in SaaS or retail technology.
- Good understanding of retail operations and supply‑chain workflows.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Results‑driven mindset with high ownership and discipline.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Experience with Order Management System (OMS).
- Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
