Butler Coordinator – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Butler Coordinator will serve as the central hub for butler services at Raffles The Red Sea, ensuring seamless, personalized experiences for ultra‑luxury guests. You will work closely with the Head Butler and multiple hotel departments to deliver the brand’s legendary service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main communication point for all butler‑related activities, coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B.
• Review arrival lists and guest profiles at least seven days in advance to anticipate preferences and special requests.
• Track inter‑departmental service requests, ensuring they meet Raffles’ strict timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Manage departmental workflow, monitor task completion, and ensure butlers follow scheduled guest rituals.
• Update guest history databases with personal preferences, likes, and dislikes.
• Support the Head Butler with inventory control, reporting, and other administrative duties.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality (front office, concierge, or butler service).
• Strong eye for detail, ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision, and excellent organizational skills.
• Proactive, anticipatory mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with luxury standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Opera Property Management System (PMS).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
