About the role
As the first voice our guests hear, you will represent Bayt AlTawabel Restaurant Group across its premium dining brands. You will manage reservations, answer inquiries and resolve guest requests, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of hospitality the group is known for.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage table reservations, modifications and cancellations for multiple restaurant brands.
- Handle guest complaints with empathy, escalating when necessary.
- Provide accurate information on menus, locations, operating hours and promotions.
- Log call details and guest feedback accurately in reservation and CRM systems.
- Follow up on guest requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with branch teams to confirm bookings and special arrangements.
- Meet call‑quality and response‑time targets.
- Handle multi‑channel inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media and email while maintaining a consistent tone.
Required profile
- Saudi national (mandatory).
- Fluent Arabic with good command of English.
- Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
- Customer‑service mindset with patience under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Prior experience in a call centre, hospitality or customer service is a plus.
