Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. In this position you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering professional support across phone, email and live‑chat.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat, providing accurate information on products, services, billing and policies.
• Assist with account updates, order tracking, troubleshooting and general support requests.
• Identify and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve processes.
• Support internal knowledge bases and adhere to company policies and service standards.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, conflict‑resolution and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work independently from home.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
