Category & Brand Developer – Premium Truffles

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Category & Brand Developer to lead the end‑to‑end commercial growth of our Premium Truffles portfolio, covering fresh truffles and derivative products such as oils, sauces, preserved items, cuts, and innovations. You will act as the Category Owner and Brand Champion, driving sales, profitability, and market expansion across HoReCa and retail channels in KSA and Bahrain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a category strategy for fresh premium truffles and related derivatives.
• Lead brand development, ensuring a consistent premium positioning across all touchpoints.
• Drive commercial growth in fine dining, hotels, premium casual dining, and specialty retail accounts.
• Build and nurture relationships with chefs, operators, and strategic partners.
• Define pricing, commercial frameworks, and value propositions aligned with premium market positioning.
• Train and coach the sales team on product knowledge and premium storytelling.
• Support menu integration, upselling, and premiumisation initiatives with key accounts.
• Partner with Marketing to execute activations, events, collaborations, and storytelling campaigns.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Operations to ensure product availability, quality, and supply continuity.
• Monitor performance, market trends, sales mix, profitability, and wastage to drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in premium foodservice, fine foods, or category management.
• Strong understanding of P&L, pricing, and high‑margin product management.
• Proven ability to build and grow a luxury category or brand.
• Solid knowledge of truffles and gourmet products (fresh and processed) is highly preferred.
• Commercial mindset combined with storytelling ability.
• Excellent training, presentation, and influencing skills, especially with chefs and decision‑makers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, high‑value, seasonal business environment.
• Entrepreneurial, hands‑on, and results‑driven attitude.
