CEO – Asset Management Company

About the role

The Chief Executive Officer will lead the overall strategic direction, operational performance and growth of an asset management firm. Reporting to the Board, the CEO is the primary representative to investors, regulators, partners and stakeholders, ensuring sustainable growth and superior client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s long‑term vision, strategy and business objectives.
• Drive growth across asset classes, investment products and market segments, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
• Provide executive oversight of investment strategies and portfolio performance in collaboration with the CIO and investment committees.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, profitability and capital allocation while ensuring operational efficiency and digital transformation.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations, risk management frameworks and internal controls.
• Strengthen relationships with institutional investors, high‑net‑worth clients and strategic partners, representing the firm at meetings and industry events.
• Build and lead a high‑performing executive team, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, innovation and collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field; MBA, CFA or equivalent preferred.
• 15–20 years of experience in asset management, investment banking, private equity or financial services.
• 7–10 years in a senior executive leadership role with a proven track record of business growth.
• Strong understanding of investment management, capital markets, portfolio management and financial regulations.
