Chief Enterprise Architect – Government Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise architecture initiatives and support strategic digital transformation programs within a government or semi‑government environment. The role will align architecture with Vision 2030 objectives and drive enterprise‑wide technology standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain architecture principles, governance frameworks, and target architecture roadmaps.
• Develop and manage business, application, data, and technology architectures, including capabilities, value streams, portfolio lifecycle, data flows, and technology standards.
• Maintain the Enterprise Architecture repository and ensure compliance with NORA, DGA, and NCA cybersecurity requirements.
• Conduct gap analyses, identify digital transformation and cost‑optimization opportunities, and support portfolio rationalization.
• Lead workshops, translate business needs into architecture requirements, and participate in Architecture Review Board activities.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in enterprise architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Experience working in government or semi‑government sectors.

Required skills

• TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Practitioner certification.
• Hands‑on experience with the NORA Enterprise Architecture methodology.
• Proficiency with enterprise architecture tools and repositories.
