Clinical Education Specialist - Women Health & XRay

About the role

The Clinical Education Specialist will deliver and coordinate formal training on a range of radiology imaging equipment, including mammography, digital and mobile X‑ray, DXA and fluoroscopy. The role also covers post‑sales installation and support, both on‑site and via digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite clinical applications training to users of GE equipment across the assigned modality area.
• Coordinate installations and initial clinical applications together with sales, service, and the Clinical Education Manager.
• Conduct high‑quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure safe, effective use of equipment and maximize image quality and productivity.
• Maintain after‑sale relationships, develop long‑term customer connections, and identify opportunities to meet customer needs.
• Support trade shows, workshops, customer visits and the deployment of digital tools for clinical education.

Required profile

• Radiographer degree with at least 2 years of relevant healthcare industry experience.
• Current experience delivering applications on GE products and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, team‑oriented with a customer‑satisfaction mindset and willingness to travel 70‑80 % of the time.
