About the role
The Commercial Director will lead Cartier’s commercial strategy across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, overseeing partnership networks, sales forecasting and the development of mid‑ and long‑term sales plans aligned with the Maison’s ambitions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial component of the 3‑year market plan in collaboration with the Managing Director.
- Lead the sales force to achieve sales and profit targets, monitoring boutique P&L and overall network performance.
- Develop and implement high‑end business strategies, including prestige community development, VIP client programs and branding initiatives.
- Negotiate with landlords, oversee new boutique projects and ensure design and implementation align with brand standards.
- Analyse market KPIs, set realistic sales targets and drive actions to grow the business.
- Coordinate with merchandising, marketing and communication teams to convey market needs and brand opportunities.
- Ensure operational excellence across boutiques and points of sale, maintaining compliance and client experience standards.
Required profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in luxury retail or commercial management.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, competitive landscape and consumer trends.
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to influence executive committees.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
