Containerization Platform Engineer

About the role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a Containerization Platform Engineer to support and enhance our containerized applications. You will work 24x7 to ensure secure, efficient, and high‑availability operation of Docker and Kubernetes environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement containerization strategies using Docker, Kubernetes and related technologies.
• Apply security best practices, including image security, network security, and access control.
• Conduct security assessments and remediate identified vulnerabilities.
• Deploy, configure and manage container platforms, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
• Provide technical assistance to developers, operations, and support teams.
• Design, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated container deployments.
• Monitor container health, performance metrics and resource utilization; resolve bottlenecks.
• Create automation scripts and tools for scaling, deployment and environment management.
• Produce and update documentation, guides and knowledge‑base articles.
• Guarantee high availability and scalability of containerized applications.
• Collaborate with Level 2 support (OS, network, storage) to address infrastructure issues.
• Stay current with emerging containerization and cloud technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• 3‑5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud or Systems Engineering (preferred).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and deployment patterns.
• Practical experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
