Contracts Manager

About the role

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead contract activities across its construction projects. The role ensures compliance with contractual terms, negotiates amendments, and mitigates risks to support successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and administer contracts for construction projects.
• Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• Review and interpret contract documents to identify risks and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve contractual issues and disputes.
• Monitor contract performance, deadlines, claims, and variations.
• Develop and implement contract management procedures and best practices.
• Provide guidance and training to project teams on contractual matters.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts.
• Support procurement by advising on contract terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with legal and finance departments to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of contract management experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and construction contracts such as FIDIC and NEC.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to lead a team and work effectively under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with contract management software.
• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
