Corporate Communications and PR Director

About the role

The successful candidate will own the communications strategy for the Saudi market, protect and grow the brand's reputation, and ensure every message reflects the premium positioning of the client’s luxury real‑estate projects. Reporting directly to the CEO and senior management, the role will shape the voice of a high‑profile developer across the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the annual PR and communications strategy for the KSA market in line with group objectives and brand standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Saudi, regional and international media (Arabic and English) to secure high‑impact coverage.
• Plan and execute communications for project launches, partnerships, sales events and major industry exhibitions.
• Position senior executives as industry voices through interviews, speaking opportunities, op‑eds and awards.
• Write, edit and approve bilingual press releases, speeches, talking points, briefing packs and corporate content.
• Lead crisis and issues management, including media monitoring, rapid response and reputation protection.
• Manage PR agencies, freelancers and the communications budget for the KSA market, measuring coverage, share of voice and sentiment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field (Master's a plus).
• 5+ years of PR and communications experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Background in real estate, luxury, hospitality or a major developer/giga‑project.
• Strong media network in Saudi Arabia with regional and international contacts.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent bilingual writing skills.
