About the role
PWC Middle East is seeking a Corporate Finance Director to lead its Deals practice in Riyadh. You will join a market‑leading team of deal makers, guiding clients through the full transaction lifecycle from origination to execution.
Key responsibilities
- Lead origination and execution of M&A transactions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
- Structure, negotiate and close deals for inbound and outbound investments.
- Provide advisory services to emerging companies seeking growth capital and to shareholders undergoing restructuring or divestment.
- Evaluate key deal issues, identify potential blockers and negotiate pricing and commercial terms with advisers and legal teams.
- Prepare pitches, support deal origination and contribute to proposal development with innovative approaches.
- Engage senior management and business owners to assess performance, commercial considerations and valuation.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
Required profile
- Significant experience in corporate finance or investment banking with a strong M&A track record.
- Active client network in Saudi Arabia and proven ability to originate and execute deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, bilingual in English and Arabic.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, CA or MBA are highly regarded.
- Willingness to travel across the Middle East and occasional international trips.
