About the role
The Customer Service Adviser provides exceptional support to customers, handling inquiries through multiple channels. This front‑line position requires strong product knowledge and the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers via call, email, social media, or online chat to provide support and information.
- Resolve customers’ problems, maintain account records, and follow up with other departments as needed.
- Use expertise in assigned services to answer inquiries or forward them to appropriate staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain, information systems or related field.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in logistics.
- Ability to work in shifts and learn company processes quickly.
Required skills
- Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk or similar CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
