Travel Ambassador – Waed Program

About the role

FlyAkeed is offering an entry‑level position for Saudi talent to join its Wa’ed Program as a Travel Ambassador. The role provides on‑the‑job exposure to corporate and VVIP travel management, customer service and travel booking tools.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage travel itineraries in line with company policies, budgets and traveler preferences.
• Book flights, hotels, car rentals and other services using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and related platforms.
• Provide professional, personalized support to corporate and VVIP travelers via phone, email and other channels.
• Handle changes, cancellations, delays and other issues while maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or customer service.
• Valid IELTS certificate meeting program score and strong command of English.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and online booking tools.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
