Customer Service Specialist – Corporate Banking

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist acts as the front‑office representative for corporate customers at the branch, welcoming visitors and delivering professional service throughout their banking journey.

Key responsibilities

• Assist corporate clients with new account opening inquiries, requirements and status follow‑up.
• Support KYC updates, monitor ongoing cases and ensure timely completion.
• Handle operational and account servicing queries, guiding clients on required documents and processes.
• Coordinate with the Corporate Customer Service team, Relationship Managers and other departments to resolve requests.
• Provide clear status updates on pending cases and manage escalations until resolution.
• Ensure all activities comply with bank procedures, regulatory requirements and agreed turnaround times.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Previous experience in customer service, banking or corporate banking is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in handling KYC and account opening processes.
• Knowledge of bank regulatory and procedural standards.
