About the role
We are seeking an experienced General Ledger Accountant to join our Finance team. The role involves handling the company’s general ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review and post GL journal entries.
- Perform GL and sub‑ledger reconciliations.
- Support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing activities.
- Record accruals, provisions, pre‑payments and adjusting entries.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in General Ledger or Financial Accounting.
- Professional certification such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
