Cybersecurity OT Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Cybersecurity OT Expert to provide advisory and architectural guidance for protecting SCADA, PLC, and IIoT environments. The role focuses on safeguarding the physical safety and continuous availability of critical national infrastructure against targeted industrial cyber‑attacks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep‑dive risk assessments for industrial networks using the Purdue Model and NCA OTCC‑1:2022 controls.
• Design and implement robust OT security architectures, including strict air‑gapping and Zero‑Trust network isolation strategies.
• Advise N‑1 and N‑2 engineering leadership on creating ICS‑specific incident response playbooks for the energy and critical manufacturing sectors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 8+ years of dedicated experience in OT/ICS security within critical infrastructure environments.
• Preferred certifications: GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional) or GRID (GIAC Response and Industrial Defense).

Required skills

• SCADA, PLC and IIoT security expertise.
• Knowledge of the Purdue Model and NCA OTCC‑1:2022 standards.
• Design of air‑gapped and Zero‑Trust OT network architectures.
• Development of incident response playbooks for industrial control systems.
• Conducting risk assessments for industrial networks.
