Delivery Station Liaison (DSL) – Customer Service

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Liaison (DSL) to provide real‑time, hands‑on support to customers whose parcels encounter delivery issues. Working inside a last‑mile delivery warehouse, you will act as the direct voice of the station, ensuring packages reach customers on time and with a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and communicate delivery status clearly.
• Investigate failed or at‑risk deliveries, remove barriers, and coordinate same‑day or next‑attempt resolutions.
• Collaborate with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and internal workgroups to resolve issues.
• Escalate systemic problems to senior leadership and propose solutions.
• Maintain detailed case records while working in a fast‑paced, noisy environment (hearing protection provided).

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and empathy skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance.
• Comfortable handling multiple online platforms simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work a full‑time, 40+ hour schedule in a dynamic warehouse setting.
