Noya Clinics is looking for an experienced Dermatology & Aesthetic Nursing Manager to lead nursing operations in its Riyadh clinic. The role focuses on delivering the highest standards of patient care and clinical excellence within a fast‑growing aesthetic healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the nursing team across dermatology and aesthetic services.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and maintain quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in dermatology and aesthetic clinics.
• Previous managerial experience in aesthetic healthcare settings.
• Valid nursing license.
• Strong leadership, operational and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and patient care management.
