Design Manager – Architect (Luxury Hospitality)

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Design Manager – Architect to lead the architectural design of high‑end luxury hospitality projects in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee the full design lifecycle, ensuring that every element meets the client’s premium expectations while integrating functional and aesthetic requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural and interior design processes for luxury hospitality projects, aligning design with client vision and brand standards.
• Develop innovative concepts that reflect global luxury trends and enhance guest experiences.
• Mentor and manage multidisciplinary design teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with international consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate architecture, interiors, MEP, and landscaping.
• Act as primary liaison between client, design teams, and project management, facilitating clear communication and issue resolution.
• Conduct design coordination meetings to address technical challenges and maintain luxury standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of experience in architecture and project management, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities within design teams.
• Strong understanding of international building codes and luxury hospitality design standards.
