Fit-Out Draftsman

About the role

The Fit-Out Draftsman will create accurate technical drawings and detailed layouts for interior fit‑out projects within our real‑estate development organization in Riyadh. The role works closely with architects, engineers, designers and project teams to ensure all drawings meet design requirements, specifications and site conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, as‑built drawings and architectural, ceiling, flooring, partition and joinery details for fit‑out works.
• Coordinate drawings with architectural, MEP and interior design requirements and review design drawings and specifications before execution.
• Update drawings based on site conditions and project requirements, and support project and site teams with technical drawing needs.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project standards and specifications.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in fit‑out or architectural drafting.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting or a related field.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit.
• Knowledge of SketchUp or similar design software.
