About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead and execute integrated digital campaigns that boost brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate qualified leads. You will manage paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, email automation and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to achieve business growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage SEO and SEM initiatives to improve online visibility and website performance.
  • Oversee social media marketing activities, including content planning, campaign execution and performance monitoring.
  • Analyse campaign data, provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) across all digital activities.
  • Manage email marketing and marketing automation programmes.
  • Collaborate with content, design, sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify emerging digital opportunities.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets to maximise performance and business outcomes.
  • Stay current with industry trends, digital technologies and best practices.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint) are preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven project‑management and organisational abilities.
  • Creative problem‑solving and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
