Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid‑media and lead‑generation initiatives for the Muhandes Hub, a digital platform serving the construction and engineering sectors in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on B2B campaigns, data‑driven optimisation and close collaboration with content and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and X (Twitter) Ads.
• Develop B2B lead‑generation campaigns and improve the quality of qualified leads.
• Analyse performance metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS and ROI, and produce regular performance reports.
• Continuously optimise campaigns based on data, A/B testing and conversion‑rate insights.
• Implement SEO strategies and use Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other marketing analytics tools.
• Test ad creatives, audience segments, messaging and landing pages to boost conversion rates.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably B2B or performance‑based.
• Hands‑on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across major platforms.
• Strong analytical ability to link data to business outcomes.
• Good knowledge of SEO, lead generation and conversion‑rate optimisation.
• Experience in the construction or engineering sector is a plus.
