Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives that support the organization’s mission and ensure long‑term viability.
• Drive operational excellence across all departments, improving efficiency through process optimisation.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability and high performance.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, building partnerships and maintaining strong community relations.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation to enhance profitability and sustainability.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead change‑management programmes, guiding the organization through transformation while securing stakeholder buy‑in.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience at senior‑management level.
• Proven ability to craft, communicate and execute a strategic vision.
• Extensive experience in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong diplomatic and negotiation skills with a track record of building trust with boards, partners and community leaders.
• Demonstrated success in leading large, multi‑functional teams.
• Deep understanding of industry trends, market forces and regulatory environments.
• Expertise in change‑management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent public‑speaking, presentation and interpersonal communication abilities.
