Director of Entertainment

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Entertainment to lead the creative vision, development and execution of all entertainment programming at Faena Red Sea. The role will curate immersive experiences that reflect the Faena philosophy, blending art, culture and performance to inspire guests and elevate the resort’s identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive entertainment strategy aligned with Faena’s brand narrative and market positioning.
• Conceptualize and curate signature events, live performances and cultural activations across indoor and outdoor venues.
• Oversee end‑to‑end show programming, including scheduling, rehearsals and full‑scale production management.
• Ensure technical integrity of all experiences, managing AV systems, sound engineering, lighting design and stage production.
• Collaborate with F&B, Rooms, Spa and Marketing to integrate multi‑sensory experiences into the guest journey.
• Identify, audition and contract top‑tier talent and build partnerships with agencies and cultural institutions.
• Lead, mentor and set performance standards for the entertainment team.
• Develop and control entertainment budgets, both CAPEX and OPEX.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in entertainment programming for luxury hospitality or resort environments.
• Strong artistic vision with a track record of delivering innovative, high‑impact events.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work cross‑functionally with operations, marketing and guest services.
• Ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts with talent and partners.
