Director of Property and Facilities Management

About the role

Alsalimi Company Limited is looking for an experienced Director of Property and Facilities Management to lead the performance and operations of a diversified portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed‑use properties across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall property portfolio performance and operations.
• Drive occupancy, leasing performance, tenant retention and tenant‑mix optimisation.
• Oversee Property Management, Leasing, Marketing and Maintenance functions.
• Manage key tenant negotiations, renewals and long‑term relationships.
• Ensure properties are well maintained, safe, fully operational and deliver high‑quality tenant services.
• Develop and control operating and maintenance budgets, costs and performance.
• Establish KPIs, policies, procedures and accountability across functions.
• Coordinate with Finance, Development, Procurement and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory, safety and operational requirements.
• Provide performance reports, analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate or a related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant real‑estate or property experience.
• 4–5 years in a management or senior‑management role.
• Experience managing residential, commercial, retail or mixed‑use properties.
• Saudi market experience is highly preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English mandatory; Arabic preferred.
