About the role
Mastercard is seeking a dynamic Director to lead specialist sales for its Loyalty Solutions portfolio. The role focuses on driving revenue for loyalty platforms, card benefits, and related services across issuers and merchants in the region.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for loyalty platforms and card benefit solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers at issuers, merchants, and other stakeholders.
- Articulate technical aspects of loyalty platforms, guiding clients through implementation and customer‑journey design.
- Manage complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Provide consultative advice, identifying client needs and delivering tailored loyalty and benefits solutions.
Required profile
- Proven senior sales leadership experience, preferably in financial services or technology‑enabled loyalty programs.
- Strong business‑development track record with the ability to close large, strategic deals.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of navigating multi‑party environments.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for non‑technical audiences.
