Driver Trainer – Learning & Development

About the role

Amazon is looking for a self‑motivated Driver Trainer to deliver in‑role training at an operating site in Saudi Arabia. You will mentor Delivery Associates, conduct drive‑alongs and classroom sessions, and ensure safety, quality and productivity standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily training classes for up to 30 participants, including in‑station sessions and drive‑alongs.
• Create Learning App users and assign Day 0 onboarding training.
• Follow up on Day 1 training assignments and track completion.
• Partner with Delivery Service Partners, Operations Managers, Area Managers and Learning Teams to coordinate and measure training activities.
• Conduct Delivery Associate coaching sessions and participate in stand‑ups.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of driver processes, expectations and program requirements.
• Support translation of training material when needed.
• Provide accurate reporting on training completion, compliance, safety and maintenance duties.
• Educate and audit driver safety and compliance standards, including safe road‑driving practices.
• Track on‑road performance, conduct ride‑behinds and identify re‑training or process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand/walk for up to 12 hours and perform frequent push, pull, squat, bend and reach motions.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week with overtime as required.
