Engineering Change Execution Engineer – Manufacturing

About the role

Join Lenovo’s manufacturing team as an Engineering Change Execution Engineer. You will lead the implementation of engineering and process changes in the factory, ensuring smooth production and compliance with standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of Engineering Change (EC) and Process Change Notice (PCN) activities.
• Maintain accurate production data in systems such as TDC, MES and SAP.
• Design, produce, update and manage product labels to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks in manufacturing processes, propose optimisation solutions and verify their impact.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by preparing engineering documentation for mass production.
• Rapidly resolve production abnormalities, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing production technology, process engineering or production operations.
• Familiarity with engineering change management processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Experience in engineering change management.
