ESG Project Coordinator – PM315

About the role

The ESG Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and close‑out of rig‑related projects, ensuring alignment with Halliburton’s health, safety, and environmental standards. This role works under general supervision and collaborates with multiple Product Service Lines (PSLs) and third‑party vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate single to multiple rig projects, focusing on activity coordination with limited inter‑PSL dependencies.
• Lead regular performance review meetings, implement management systems, and drive efficiency improvements.
• Participate in operational problem‑solving, including SQ and risk investigations.
• Plan, organize, and execute projects across three or more PSLs according to company policies and procedures.
• Verify equipment specifications, ensure third‑party rentals have current inspection and testing documentation.
• Conduct pre‑project execution exercises (Drilling Well On Paper, Completing Well On Paper) and post‑project reviews.
• Maintain detailed Daily Operations Reports in OpenWells, focusing on productive time and NPT classification.
• Resolve cross‑PSL issues with customers prior to final invoicing and document lessons learned.
