Events and Sponsorships Manager

About the role

The Events and Sponsorship Manager will lead the planning, execution and management of high‑impact, experiential luxury events and sponsorship activations that elevate Red Sea Global’s brand and residential portfolio. The role demands a hands‑on, execution‑driven professional with extensive experience delivering large‑scale, high‑end events, preferably within hospitality, destination marketing or premium lifestyle brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a luxury events and sponsorship strategy aligned with brand and commercial objectives, identifying high‑value partnership opportunities.
• Lead end‑to‑end event delivery—from concept and design through production, execution and post‑event analysis—ensuring immersive, ultra‑luxury experiences for UHNWIs, investors and global audiences.
• Manage relationships with top‑tier event agencies, production houses and luxury vendors, driving quality, creativity and accountability.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Brand, PR, Leadership) to align events with business goals and support executive‑level engagements.
• Oversee event and sponsorship budgets, track performance metrics such as engagement, lead generation, brand exposure and ROI.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience delivering large‑scale, detail‑driven luxury or experiential events.
• Proven track record in large organisations or leading event/creative agencies, with exposure to hospitality, luxury brands or destination marketing.
• Experience managing sponsorships, partnerships or branded collaborations with high‑end global brands.
• Hands‑on execution mindset, able to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑expectation environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging VIP clients and senior stakeholders.
