Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role

Manzil, the leading co‑living and transportation platform for blue‑collar workers in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a senior Executive Assistant to support its CEO. This hybrid position will act as a strategic partner, ensuring the CEO’s priorities are executed across the organization while maintaining a high‑standard office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, schedule high‑level meetings, and coordinate cross‑functional priorities.
• Attend leadership meetings, capture action items, and follow up with department heads to ensure deliverables are met.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for senior management.
• Organise travel logistics, expense reporting, and administrative tasks such as memberships and reservations.
• Draft CEO correspondence, handle sensitive documents, and support hiring and approval processes.
• Oversee office logistics, supply ordering, record‑keeping, and policy compliance.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication.
• Assist with special projects, event planning, and ad‑hoc tasks aligned with the CEO’s strategic objectives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience supporting C‑level executives, preferably in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs before they are articulated.
• Executive presence and professionalism required for interactions with government entities and key partners.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with digital workflow tools.
