About the role
We are looking for an entry‑level Administrative Assistant to support our remote operations. You will help keep our digital systems organized, manage data, and ensure daily workflows run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
- Update spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation regularly.
- Organize digital files for easy access.
- Assist with scheduling, task coordination, and administrative workflows.
- Monitor assigned tasks and follow up to ensure completion.
- Identify and flag missing or inconsistent data for correction.
- Maintain clear, professional written communication.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to follow structured instructions and workflows.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Required skills
- Basic familiarity with Google Sheets.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
