About the role

Join Hilton’s new airport hotel in Dammam as the Executive Chef leading the pre‑opening culinary team. You will shape the kitchen’s standards, create memorable dining experiences, and set the foundation for long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Direct culinary operations, overseeing preparation and production of all hotel meals while ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation and profitability.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Director to develop innovative menus and individual dishes that reflect current food trends and regional tastes.
• Engage with guests to assess satisfaction, address concerns and continuously improve the dining experience.
• Monitor financial performance, managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting to meet financial targets.
• Optimize kitchen systems, processes and workflows for efficient, smooth operations.
• Build and lead a high‑performing team through performance management, professional development and recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
