Executive Search Partner

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Search Partner to lead senior‑level talent acquisition for technology‑driven, fast‑scaling companies. Operating fully remote, you will own the end‑to‑end executive search process, partnering with hiring leaders across multiple regions to secure high‑impact leadership hires.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute search strategies, from sourcing to offer negotiation, for Director, VP and C‑suite positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and market maps using proactive outreach, referrals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles and ensure structured interview processes.
• Conduct market intelligence, compensation benchmarking and competitor analysis to support hiring decisions.
• Track recruitment KPIs, improve time‑to‑hire and candidate experience, and maintain data quality in ATS systems.
• Coach hiring managers on best practices, including diversity‑aware sourcing and structured evaluation.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of hands‑on executive search or senior‑level recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or retained search.
• Proven track record closing Director, VP or C‑suite roles in competitive technology markets.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills with senior leaders.
• Experience recruiting for SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, gaming or similar high‑growth sectors.
• Familiarity with EMEA hiring and international tech ecosystems.
