Finance Manager – Middle East & Global

About the role

NextMatch AI is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations for its Saudi Arabia entity and support regional expansion. The role combines hands‑on bookkeeping with strategic partnership to the CEO and Board, ensuring compliance and scalable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the financial roadmap for KSA and regional expansion.
• Oversee VAT filings and ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations and electronic invoicing.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide monthly variance analysis to global leadership.
• Manage international fund transfers, payroll, and vendor payments across multiple currencies.
• Prepare high‑level financial dashboards for investors and internal stakeholders.
• Act as primary contact for external auditors and local financial institutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of finance management experience, preferably in tech, SaaS or high‑growth startups.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi labor laws, Zakat, and Saudi IFRS standards.
• Proficiency with cloud‑based ERP and accounting software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Builder mindset with a passion for creating systems and processes.
