Finance Operation Support Contractor – IFRS & ERP Transformation

About the role

This project‑based contractor position supports a strategic healthcare transformation program in Saudi Arabia. You will join a Finance Operation Support Engagement, applying and expanding expertise in IFRS reporting, finance operations, governance, and ERP transformation from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial close activities across assigned locations.
• Prepare accurate accrual‑based trial balances and IFRS‑compliant financial statements.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, fixed assets, inventory and reporting functions.
• Review reconciliations, journal entries, provisions and management reports.
• Coordinate audit readiness and liaise with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOCPA, ZATCA and internal governance standards.
• Support ERP implementation and finance transformation initiatives.
• Drive knowledge transfer, capability building and budgeting support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional qualification preferred (CPA, SOCPA, ACCA, CA, CMA).
• 10+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in large‑scale operational or transformation environments.
• Experience in healthcare, shared services, ERP implementation or finance consulting is highly valued.
