About the role
We are seeking a Gaming Sales Manager to drive growth for mobile gaming and influencer marketing initiatives. You will build strategic relationships with gaming publishers, brands, and key industry stakeholders across international markets, connecting them with influential content creators on major social platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to acquire new clients within the mobile gaming ecosystem.
- Build and maintain an international sales pipeline through prospecting, outreach, and relationship management.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiate partnership agreements, and close deals aligned with long‑term business objectives.
- Research emerging market opportunities and expand business development efforts globally.
- Collaborate with internal campaign, marketing, and account teams to ensure successful client onboarding and campaign execution.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, business strategies, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing account development.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in the mobile gaming industry.
- At least 1 year in sales, business development, account management, or campaign management within influencer marketing.
- Strong B2B sales track record with proven revenue growth.
- Excellent English and German communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
