General Manager – Geoscience & Mining Consultancy

About the role

The CompanyGlobe 24-7, in partnership with a leading mining firm, is looking for a Saudi General Manager to lead its geoscience and mining consultancy operations in Riyadh. The role combines business development, operational oversight, and representation before Saudi authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with headquarters and corporate functions to provide market insights and competitive positioning.
• Identify and develop business opportunities in geosciences, mining consultancy, and engineering.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, set weekly performance goals, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Recruit, onboard, and train high‑performing staff to meet sales, profitability, and market‑share targets.
• Manage all P&L levers, both revenue and cost, to achieve yearly financial objectives.
• Handle bank accounts and financial transactions.
• Represent the company before relevant Saudi authorities.

Required profile

• Excellent business development capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi mining and construction sectors.
• Proven success in a senior managerial role.
• Strong decision‑making and financial planning skills.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and hold employees accountable.
• Solid understanding of operational procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (MBA considered an asset).
