About the role
The Government Relations Officer will serve as the primary liaison between the company and Saudi governmental authorities in Makkah. This role ensures that all employee‑related government transactions are processed accurately and on time, supporting both staff and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Handle government‑related transactions and services with relevant authorities.
- Process and follow up on employee documentation, permits, renewals, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with government entities to ensure timely completion of required procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Monitor expiry dates and renewal requirements to avoid delays or penalties.
- Support employees and internal stakeholders with government service‑related matters.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with external government bodies.
Required profile
- Previous experience in Government Relations, PRO, Employee Services, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of government procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
