About the role
This is a four‑month paid Graduate Development Program designed to identify, develop and place high‑caliber fresh graduates across Satel’s operational divisions. Participants start working in a live system from day one and are evaluated during the first two weeks to determine the best placement.
Key responsibilities
- Leasing – manage tenant inquiries, qualify leads, schedule tours and track conversion.
- Listings & Demand – publish and maintain property listings across all platforms, ensure 100% unit visibility and monitor lead volume.
- Facilities & Services – coordinate maintenance and cleaning requests, track progress and ensure timely completion.
- Resident Relations – handle daily resident communications, resolve complaints and detect early departure signals.
- Customer Experience – process inbound service requests, meet SLA response times and route issues to the appropriate team.
- Revenue Management – collect daily performance data, maintain dashboards and flag deviations from targets.
- Marketing & Growth – support content production, execute campaigns, manage social media publishing and generate leads.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate, any nationality.
- Strong command of English (advantageous).
- Result‑driven and able to act on direct feedback immediately.
- No prior experience required; performance determines placement.
