Ground Support Equipment Operator

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Operator to ensure that all ground‑support tools and machinery are safe, reliable and ready for aircraft operations at our line‑maintenance facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled, preventive and corrective maintenance on motorised, non‑motorised and battery‑powered GSE.
• Identify, record and rectify defects in accordance with company procedures, manufacturer requirements and aviation regulations.
• Monitor equipment condition and performance, ensuring timely repairs and availability.
• Manage the availability of tooling, equipment and facilities, including calibrated tools, gauges, spares and components.
• Record resource and material utilisation and prepare accurate maintenance reports.
• Support workshop efficiency initiatives and maintain high standards of facility appearance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Duty Managers and line‑maintenance teams to align maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in GSE maintenance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with maintenance teams.
• Professional work ethic and high level of reliability.
