Supply Planner

About the role

The Supply Planner ensures optimal product availability by turning demand forecasts into actionable supply plans. Acting as a bridge between Demand Planning, Production, Warehousing, Logistics and Suppliers, you will support S&OE and S&OP processes while minimizing cost, waste and disruptions.

Key responsibilities

• Align demand forecasts with supply plans in collaboration with Demand Planning.
• Create and track purchase orders in SAP (APO/ECC).
• Manage stock levels and replenishment to ensure product availability across distribution centres.
• Monitor slow‑moving and near‑expiry inventory to reduce waste.
• Participate in S&OE and S&OP meetings and highlight supply risks.
• Track supply KPIs such as DIFOT, stock availability and coverage days.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to support business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities with advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
