Head of Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing leader to transform strategy into measurable growth. The role demands deep expertise across digital channels, strong leadership, and the ability to align cross‑functional teams with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Lead the digital marketing team, ensuring clear alignment across all functions.
• Develop departmental and individual KPIs, track performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee performance marketing, paid media, audience targeting, lead generation, and conversion activities.
• Coordinate effectively between content, creative, media, data, and other business teams.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize ROI and ROAS.
• Translate data into insights, reports, and actionable decisions.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, platforms, technologies, and customer behavior.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
• Minimum 10 years of experience dedicated to digital marketing.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position.
• Previous experience within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency (mandatory).
• Proven track record in building and leading digital marketing teams.
• Strong experience in developing KPIs, monitoring performance, and driving accountability.
• Advanced knowledge of digital channels, performance marketing, analytics, and customer acquisition.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and cross‑functional coordination skills.
