Senior Brand Associate – Beauty

About the role

As a Senior Brand Associate for Beauty at Chalhoub Group, you will manage and execute retail, commercial, merchandising and business development activities while ensuring the brand experience aligns with the company’s strategy and values.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement brand marketing campaigns and monitor brand performance.
• Support brand retail partnerships, influencer collaborations and event activations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all trade partners and monitor sales, stock, innovation pipeline and activation.
• Conduct market trend and competitor analysis and propose action plans.
• Manage day‑to‑day marketing project administration and quarterly business reviews with customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in brand or category management within beauty retail or FMCG.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
