Healthcare Nutrition Specialist – Qassim

About the role

Danone MENA seeks a Healthcare Nutrition Specialist to be based in Qassim, Saudi Arabia. You will drive market share for Specialized Nutrition, build scientific relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), and ensure their nutrition needs are met.

Key responsibilities

• Influence HCP attitudes and behaviors through regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
• Deliver scientific messages, clinical studies, and product benefits to doctors, HCPs, and KOLs.
• Conduct audio‑visual scientific meetings and nutrition education seminars.
• Identify business opportunities in the territory and develop initiatives to capture potential.
• Implement a weekly call cycle in coordination with the manager and monitor competitive activities.
• Maintain high product knowledge, answer HCP queries, and handle complaints.
• Review and adjust the business plan quarterly with the Head of KSA.
• Compile and submit promotional activity reports according to established formats.
• Ensure compliance with WHO and local government codes for infant formula products.
• Manage daily database and administrative procedures while achieving qualitative and quantitative KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months experience in healthcare nutrition, dietetics, or medical pharmacy.
• Strong scientific background to discuss nutrition solutions with HCPs.
• Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with HCPs and KOLs.
• Understanding of competitive landscape and ability to propose counter‑measures.
• Commitment to ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
