HR Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations at the Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel, part of the First Vignette Collection in Saudi Arabia. This entry‑level position offers a great launchpad for a career in hospitality human resources.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment by posting ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding, prepare welcome packs, run orientation sessions and manage required paperwork.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical employee records in line with internal policies and data‑privacy standards.
• Support visa processing, insurance and medical requirements together with the Government Relations Officer.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries on benefits, policies and HR procedures.
• Prepare HR reports, track time and attendance, handle leave requests and draft internal communications.
• Help organise staff events, recognition programmes and wellbeing activities.
• Apply Saudi Labour Law and IHG corporate policies to everyday tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship or administration experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HR principles; familiarity with Saudi Labour Law is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic fluency highly beneficial.
• High integrity, eagerness to learn and ability to handle confidential information.
