WEbook, Inc. is seeking a Content Development Specialist to lead the creation, curation, and management of high‑quality content across its digital publishing platform. The specialist will collaborate closely with writers, artists, and other creative professionals to ensure all material aligns with brand standards and community guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies that support the company’s mission and objectives.
• Review, edit, and curate both user‑generated and original content to maintain quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with creative teams to source and produce engaging digital publishing material.
• Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve user engagement.
• Ensure all content complies with brand standards, legal requirements, and community guidelines.
• Manage the content calendar and oversee the publishing workflow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in content development, editing, or digital publishing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Passion for creative arts and storytelling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
